Slalom seeks an experienced Mainframe QA Lead to support a large-scale Core Banking Modernization and Core Deposit Replacement program. You will lead manual testing across critical banking applications that integrate with a new core banking platform, ensuring quality and reliability throughout the enterprise transformation.

Competenze

• 7+ years of QA/testing experience in enterprise programs.
• Lead manual testing across large-scale banking programs.
• Experience testing mainframe applications and transactions.
• Navigate mainframe screens and validate data across systems.
• Develop and execute manual test cases and scripts.
• Hands-on with Tosca and with qTest.
• Strong data validation, business rules, and defects tracking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
