Slalom is seeking an experienced Mainframe QA Lead to support a major Core Banking Modernization and Core Deposit Replacement program. You will guide manual testing across critical banking apps and ensure data integrity across interconnected systems.

The role requires hands-on experience with mainframe testing, Tosca, and qTest, plus strong stakeholder management in a large enterprise setting. Remote work with EST hours is offered for a high-visibility project.

• 7+ years of QA/testing experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience leading manual testing on large programs.
• Strong mainframe testing and data validation skills.
• Hands-on with Tosca and qTest for test management.
