Job summary

Broadridge is hiring a Lead Machine Operator for an on-site role in Coppell, TX. You will oversee archival/machine operations, train staff, delegate work, and ensure safety and quality standards while supporting shift performance goals.

The position runs on the Day Shift, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with an hourly pay range of $19.60–$30.90. Bonus eligibility is noted, and AI in Hiring may be used in recruitment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education required.
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure quality throughout the process.
• Teamwork and effective communication with different personalities.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and handle flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Interpret production orders to determine job requirements.
• Assemble printed materials into final product and distribute.
• Operate high-speed automated equipment for cutting, binding, folding, insertion, labeling and trimming.
• Set up and run high-speed presort equipment.
• Prepare mail for Post Office acceptance and meet customer requirements.
