Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Supervisor - Production at our Coppell, TX location. The role ensures service levels with clients are met cost-efficiently, prioritizes client mailings on the production floor, and coordinates resources to maximize throughput with high quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising operators, managing labor, maximizing machine throughput, cross-training staff, and maintaining inventory and maintenance plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Operators have received proper technical, quality, and ISO training.
• Oversee labor on the Production floor, manage temporary agencies as volume dictates.
• Delegate work across machines to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.
• Cross-train associates to reduce labor costs and assign to proper equipment.
• Plan, monitor, and schedule labor to match workflow.
• Prepare the next shift to run efficiently and communicate priorities via email turnovers.
• Monitor inventory by min/max levels and coordinate with vendors; schedule preventative maintenance.
