Broadridge is seeking a Supervisor - Production in Coppell to ensure service levels with clients are met cost-efficiently. You will prioritize client mailings, monitor production lines for throughput and labor costs, and coordinate resources across departments to uphold quality and efficiency.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, with a Tuesday–Saturday shift and a salary range of $60,000–$65,000 USD per year.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in production environments and ISO training is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure operators have proper technical, quality, and ISO training.
• Oversee labor on the production floor to maintain efficiency.
• Use outside temp agencies to adjust labor to match volume.
• Delegate workload and ensure machines have work; maximize throughput.
• Cross-train associates to reduce labor costs and optimize equipment usage.
• Plan, monitor, and schedule labor to meet workflow; communicate priorities via email.
• Monitor inventory with min/max levels and coordinate with vendors.
• Coordinate with Operations on preventive maintenance schedules for equipment.
