Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or work experience.
• Experience: 1-3 years in manufacturing, printing, or bindery preferred.
• Technical: Read work orders.
• Physical: Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Digital: Familiarity with computers for production data input.

Responsibilities

• Machine Set-Up & Operation: Set up, adjust, and operate folders, inserters, and presses per work orders.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and accuracy.
• Preventive Maintenance: Clean, lubricate, and perform minor repairs.
• Material Handling: Load paper stock, ink, and materials into machines.
• Workflow Coordination: Collaborate with bindery teams for timely completion.
• Safety Adherence: Maintain a clean area and follow safety protocols.
