Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience managing people leaders in a high-paced environment, with 1-2 years of print/mail or production experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking with attention to detail and problem solving.
• Experience with capacity planning and budget management.
• Flexibility for non-standard hours during peak production periods, including weekends/holidays.
• Leadership presence and initiative to drive progress in a fast-changing environment.
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs and operational excellence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to liaise with vendors and management.

Responsibilities

• Manage departmental expenses and prepare business cases for capital expenditures.
• Establish, communicate, and revise departmental and individual KPIs.
• Provide performance feedback and guide talent development of direct reports.
• Maximize Client Mail equipment utilization and priority of work.
• Maintain knowledge of high-speed insertion and related technologies.
• Develop technical knowledge of all Client Mail equipment and cross-department functions.
• Ensure compliance with USPS regulations and postal requirements.
• Provide regular staff performance documentation and feedback.
• Address personnel issues and maintain a highly engaging workforce.
• Ensure backups are available for Client Mail Insertion and Manual Distribution.
