Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Lead Machine Operator to perform Archival and/or Machine Operations, with the potential to oversee shift operations to meet daily performance goals. This is an on-site role assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.

Responsibilities include interpreting production orders, assembling printed materials, and operating high-speed automated equipment for cutting, binding, inserting, labeling, and trimming.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Ability to operate a PC and be literate in Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Demonstrated team collaboration and ability to work under pressure.
• Provide temporary supervision in absence of shift supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting production orders to determine job requirements.
• Assemble printed materials into a final product and distribute to end destination.
• Set up and operate high speed, automated computer controlled equipment.
• Set up and run high speed presort equipment.
• Prepare mail for acceptance by the Post Office and ensure requirements are met.
