Job summary

Refresco is seeking a production-oriented professional for our high-speed beverage facility in New York. The role requires strict adherence to GMPs and HACCP, with hands-on operation and troubleshooting of production equipment while maintaining safety and quality.

You will monitor lines, coordinate with teams, train new hires, and document downtime and quality data to drive continuous improvement. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required in this full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Understanding of production machinery and forklifts.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and safety.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining records.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and monthly training.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a production setting.
• Ability to train new hires and develop existing staff.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and PPE policies in warehouse/production areas.
• Ensure food quality and safety per SQF/HACCP standards.
• Acquire in-depth operating knowledge of line equipment.
• Follow production schedule and communicate changes to Supervisor.
• Monitor line for defects and material issues; identify root causes.
• Record production and quality data; complete downtime reports.
• Assist in training new employees and perform maintenance tasks.
