Job summary

Refresco in Missouri is hiring a Machine Operator to ensure the highest quality beverage production in a fast-paced environment. You will monitor production lines, supply materials, perform minor maintenance, and uphold GMPs, QA protocols, and safety standards.

The role requires working across shifts, understanding imperial/metric measurements, and strong attention to detail. Previous beverage production and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret gauges, thermometers and measurements.
• Forklift certification may be required; WHIMIS/HACCP training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and PPE requirements in warehouse or production areas.
• Maintain production flow by monitoring machinery and supplying raw materials.
• Follow GMPs and QA procedures; perform equipment changeovers reading imperial/metric units.
• Record production and quality data; maintain downtime reports and documentation.
• Perform sanitation and minor maintenance; support cross-training and inventory tasks.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
