Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to operate production and assembly equipment.
• Ability to use basic inspection equipment and measuring tools.
• Prior leadership or coaching experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and assembly equipment to meet production requirements.
• Follow and perform periodic product inspection procedures.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain optimal machine operating speeds.
• Complete daily production reports and downtime documentation.
• Perform daily autonomous maintenance procedures.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement and Kaizen activities.
• Maintain 5S standards throughout the work area.
• Coach production employees to work safely and efficiently.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Provide day-to-day direction and training to team members on the floor.
