The RealReal in New York, NY is seeking an Assistant Manager, Stores to partner with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store performance. You will lead a team of Customer Experience Specialists, ensuring operational efficiency, active coaching, and inclusive leadership on the sales floor.

You will manage day-to-day activities, train staff on product knowledge and sales techniques, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet supply and demand

Competenze

• 1+ years store management experience in luxury/fashion
• Experience with commissioned sales or retail operations
• Capable of employee touch-bases and performance reviews
• Strategic sales floor management incl. scheduling and coaching
• Strong customer service, clienteling, and floor management
• Analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting abilities
• Able to multitask and manage competing demands
• Willing to work holidays, evenings, weekends
