Job summary

Isla Bella Beach Resort in Marathon, FL is seeking a Director of Front Office to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of front desk, bell services, security and reservations at a 199-room luxury property.

The role focuses on guest satisfaction, budget management, staff development, and collaboration with housekeeping, spa and dining to deliver anticipatory service across five pools and marina.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• 5–7 years in hotel operations; 3+ in supervisory front office/reservations/security.
• Proven leadership for diverse teams in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of reservation and front office operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving with guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk, bell services, security, and reservations teams.
• Manage check-in/check-out and accurate billing.
• Coordinate bell services and guest assistance.
• Ensure security protocols and safety standards.
• Supervise reservations to optimize occupancy and revenue.
