Job summary

Isla Bella Beach Resort in Marathon, FL seeks an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our Front Desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role focuses on supervising the Front Desk team, guiding daily operations, and maintaining luxury service standards from arrival through departure.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years in Front Office leadership within hotels or resorts, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with hotel PMS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Front Office leadership experience in a hotel or resort
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop teams
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with hotel property management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Front Office and Front Desk operations to ensure exceptional guest service
• Supervise, coach, and develop Front Desk Agents, Night Auditors, and supervisory team members
• Foster a positive, engaged, and service-driven team culture
• Ensure all guest interactions meet Isla Bella’s luxury service standards
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism and urgency
• Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, and daily operational workflow
• Partner with leadership on hiring, training, and performance management
• Monitor front office performance, guest feedback, and service metrics
• Maintain strong knowledge of resort offerings, amenities, rates, and promotions
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, safety, and operational procedures
• Review daily reports, logs, and communications to ensure accuracy and follow-up
• Act as Manager on Duty as needed and support overall resort operations
