Job summary

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years of luxury F&B leadership, strong financial acumen, and a hands-on approach to service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience, preferably within a luxury resort, upscale hotel, or high-volume hospitality environment.
• Experience as a Director of Food & Beverage or senior multi-outlet F&B leader.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple F&B outlets and leading large, diverse teams.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasts, labor, inventory, and profitability management.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for all resort F&B operations, including outlets and events.
• Maintain a highly visible, hands-on presence during peak meal periods, events, weekends, and holidays.
• Establish elevated service standards across all F&B experiences and resolve significant guest concerns.
• Review guest feedback and performance data to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
• Partner with the Executive Chef to ensure alignment between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Develop leaders, succession plans, and training to sustain a high-performing team.
