Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in a scientific discipline preferred or a bachelor’s degree with long-term pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
• At least 5 years healthcare experience, including 3 years in medical publications within pharma/biotech/medical communications.
• Knowledge of publication planning processes, good publication practices, authorship guidelines, and scientific reporting standards.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and execute publication and scientific communication plans with cross-functional teams.
• Lead publication planning activities, coordinating content, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
• Review publications and materials for accuracy, rigor, and compliance with standards.
