Taiho Oncology, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Integrated Publications to coordinate end-to-end scientific publications across solid tumor and hematological malignancies.

The role interfaces with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and external agencies to ensure accurate and compliant communication of clinical data to the global scientific community. Responsibilities include managing publication plans, timelines, and governance, while ensuring adherence to ICMJE and GPP3 guidelines and Taiho’s

Formación

• Typically requires 5 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 3 years with an advanced degree in pharmaceutical publication management or medical affairs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ICMJE authorship guidelines and GPP3 publication standards.
• Experience with publication management platforms and external vendor partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle of scientific publications across therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory and external agencies.
• Ensure compliance with ICMJE, GPP3, and internal policies in all publication activities.
• Support congress planning, abstract submission calendars, and poster/presentation timelines.
• Develop and maintain manuscript timelines and coordinate journal submissions.
