Job summary

Taiho Oncology is seeking a Manager, Integrated Publications to coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of scientific publications for solid tumor and hematologic malignancies. You will liaise with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and external agencies to ensure accurate, compliant communication of clinical data.

You will lead publication planning, manage timelines, and oversee authorship, disclosures, and journal submissions while supporting congress activities and manuscript

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Public Health, or related field required.
• Advanced degree (MSc, PharmD, PhD, or MD) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain integrated publication plans aligned with clinical development timelines and medical strategy.
• Coordinate full lifecycle of publications: abstracts, manuscripts, posters, oral presentations, and plain language summaries.
• Ensure compliance with ICMJE and GPP3 guidelines and Taiho Oncology policies.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Biostatistics, and Regulatory colleagues on data availability and messaging.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and publication vendors.
• Support congress planning and manuscript development activities.
• Build relationships with KOLs and investigators to ensure timely participation.
• Lead cross-functional governance meetings and update on risks.
