Takeda Oncology is seeking a Senior Manager, Scientific Communications to lead global publication strategy and scientific communications for hematology/oncology assets. This role reports to the Scientific Communications Group Lead and collaborates with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and regional/global stakeholders to deliver high-impact publications and medical resources.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years healthcare or related experience with medical publications or scientific communications.
• Knowledge of GPP3, ICMJE, CONSORT.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global or regionally integrated strategic publication plans.
• Lead cross-functional publication planning teams and manage content review.
• Oversee medical writing agencies and vendors; manage budgets and Datavision use.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical practices.
• Provide guidance on publication strategy and tactical execution.
