Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience in pharma/biotech.
• 3+ years healthcare or related experience, incl. 2+ years in medical publications.
• Knowledge of GPP3, ICMJE, CONSORT; oncology experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of managing multiple projects.
• Experience with Datavision and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead global/region publication plans and scientific communications.
• Coordinate with authors; gather data for content development.
• Review manuscripts, abstracts, posters for scientific rigor.
• Oversee medical writing agency and publications budget.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical practices.
• Manage vendor relationships and alliances; train teams on strategy.
• Develop scientific platforms and messaging across channels.
• Plan budgets with GMAO Operations; monitor metrics.
