Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent with 3+ years healthcare experience and 2+ years in medical publications/scientific communications.
• Knowledge of GPP3, ICMJE, CONSORT and oncology publication standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global or regionally integrated publication plans aligned with medical strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Outcomes Research.
• Ensure compliance with publication standards and ethical practices across all channels.
• Oversee medical writing agencies and budgets; manage Datavision databases.
