• LPN license (state dependent).
• Valid CPR teaching certificate, if applicable.
• Three years of nursing experience, including at least one year in long-term care.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the nursing unit operations and staffing.
• Plan and facilitate resident-care meetings and committees.
• Maintain high quality of care and budget controls.
• Develop and evaluate programs for recruitment, retention and education of staff.
• Coordinate physician interventions and medical records as needed.
• Assist in orientation and QA programs.
