Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Illinois and/or Wisconsin.
• CPR certification current or obtained within two weeks of employment.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise nursing assistants and day-to-day activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local standards and facility policies.
• Plan and direct care for each resident and update care plans.
• Attend conferences and participate in continuous education.
