The Alden Network is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care and supervise day-to-day nursing activities. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, oversee nursing assistants, and maintain the highest quality of care for residents.

Strong leadership, communication, and the ability to make independent decisions are essential in this role.

Formación

• Must hold an active IL/WI RN or LPN license.
• CPR certification required or within two weeks of employment.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and elderly care.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct nursing care for residents.
• Supervise nursing assistants and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain a warm, calm environment in the department.
• Attend care plan conferences and communicate with physicians.
• Complete documentation and charting per policies.
