The Alden Network is seeking a qualified nurse (RN or LPN) to provide direct care to residents and supervise nursing assistants in a compliant, patient-centered environment. The role emphasizes adherence to all applicable standards and facility policies to ensure high-quality care.

Applicants must hold a current IL/WI license, CPR certification, and demonstrate strong English communication, leadership, and compassionate patient care for the elderly.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in IL/WI.
• CPR certificate or willingness to obtain within two weeks of employment.
• Knowledgeable in nursing practices and elder care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Ensure care adheres to Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and facility policies.
• Demonstrate ability to read, write, and communicate in English; maintain professional interactions with patients, families, and staff.
