Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an Aptitude Superintendent 2 to lead complex low voltage integration projects. You will manage Aptitude trade partners, plan construction sequencing, and drive on-time, profitable completion in line with JE Dunn's strategy and values.

This role requires strong leadership, safety oversight, and the ability to coordinate across design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring quality and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience with low voltage systems (Division 8/23/25/27/28).
• Experience in managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Ability to develop work plans and manage subcontractors and self-perform work.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and incident investigation across the project.
• Coordinate design and construction efforts for low voltage systems.
• Manage budget, schedule, and cost reports using project management tools.
• Communicate project updates to owners, design teams and authorities.
• Develop and manage plans for low voltage subcontractors.
