Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an Aptitude Superintendent 2 to manage complex low-voltage projects. You will lead trade partners, plan construction sequencing, and align with JE Dunn's strategy and values to achieve timely, profitable project delivery.

You will coordinate with owners, design teams, and subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to budget while developing work plans and managing schedules for short- to large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of low voltage systems including structured cabling and control systems.
• Experience managing complex construction projects with safety and quality focus.
• Strong communication and coordination across teams and trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and incident investigations for projects.
• Manage client and project-team communication and issue escalation for low voltage scopes.
• Coordinate design and construction efforts meeting quality, schedule and budget standards.
• Oversee low voltage subcontractors, suppliers, and QA/QC processes.
• Develop work plans for low voltage subcontractors and self-perform work.
• Track project progress and report weekly cost and schedule updates.
• Ensure proper documentation, drawings, and logs are maintained.
• Support project closeouts and owner/architect coordination.
