Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an Aptitude Superintendent 2 to manage complex low voltage integration projects. You will lead trade partners, plan construction sequencing, ensure timely, profitable completion, and align activities with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

You will oversee safety, quality, and coordination across owners, design teams, and subcontractors while managing budgets and schedules for our projects.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of low voltage technology systems including cabling, access control, video surveillance and building automation.
• Experience across multiple vertical markets and in project management roles.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and subcontractors for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Coordinate design and construction efforts to meet standards and budgets.
• Manage staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and program components like Safety, Quality and EEO.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Track project progress with reports, logs, and cost data.
