Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of construction experience and divisions 8/23/25/27/28 knowledge are expected.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff to ensure an injury‑free environment.
• Coordinates low voltage technology design, scheduling and construction efforts.
• Manages subcontractors, suppliers and project costs using the PM system.
• Updates drawings, logs and inspection notebooks; prepares weekly reports.
• Supports project closeouts and biweekly progress reviews with owners and teams.
