Job summary

LINX is seeking a Data Center Foreman - Low Voltage in Dallas, TX to lead crews on hyperscale data center and commercial projects. You will own daily execution of structured cabling and low voltage infrastructure, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery on fast-paced sites.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience and 1–2 years in leadership, with strong knowledge of industry standards and test equipment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on low voltage or structured cabling installation experience.
• 1–2 years in a field leadership role, Lead Technician, working Foreman, or equivalent.
• Experience with hyperscale data center clients such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of low voltage technicians on hyperscale data center and commercial projects, setting daily goals and ensuring productivity.
• Handle workforce planning, crew scheduling, labor tracking, and timesheet completion.
• Train technicians in installation methods, safety procedures, and quality standards; develop the people on your crew.
