Job summary

LINX is hiring a Low Voltage Superintendent to lead field operations on hyperscale data centers and large-scale commercial construction across the United States. This is a senior field leadership role where you’ll run crews and own project quality, resolving issues on the spot with clients and GCs.

The role focuses on structured cabling, fiber networks, and related infrastructure, with on-site execution from mobilization to close-out. Willingness to travel across the USA is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading low voltage or structured cabling crews on commercial construction projects
• Experience with hyperscale data center clients such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta, OCI
• Hands-on mastery of low voltage installation across structured cabling, fiber optic systems, and related infrastructure
• Proficiency with industry-standard test equipment, ability to run tests and produce documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication in English, interact with clients and project teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise low voltage technicians and crew across medium to large-scale projects
• Set daily and weekly crew priorities, manage scheduling and staffing levels
• Conduct hands-on technical training for technicians and leads
• Own on-site execution from mobilization through close-out
• Operate and interpret test equipment results and ensure documentation meets standards
• Manage materials on-site and flag shortages to project manager
• Represent LINX in project meetings with clients and GCs
• Coordinate with suppliers and project managers on material needs and budget impacts
• Participate in pre-bid walkthroughs and post-project reviews
