LINX is hiring a Low Voltage Foreman to lead crews on hyperscale data center and commercial construction projects across the USA. This is a working foreman role where you train technicians, own daily execution, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires 3–5 years of low voltage experience, 1–2 years in leadership, and willingness to travel 100% with per diem. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $30.00 to $38.00 based on experience.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years hands-on low voltage or structured cabling experience
• 1–2 years in a field leadership role
• Experience with hyperscale data center clients such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of low voltage technicians on hyperscale data center and commercial construction jobsites.
• Handle workforce planning for projects including crew scheduling and timesheets.
• Train technicians in installation methods, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Identify personnel issues on-site and escalate when needed.
• Own daily execution of structured cabling and fiber scopes; monitor progress against schedule.
