LINX is hiring a Low Voltage Superintendent to lead field operations on hyperscale data center and large-scale commercial projects across the United States. This senior role involves running crews, owning project quality, and solving on-the-spot issues for clients and GCs.

Expect to split time between crew leadership, project execution, and client-facing coordination on-site. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience and travel across the USA; compensation includes hourly pay with bonus

Competenze

• 5+ years managing low voltage or structured cabling crews on commercial construction projects.
• Experience with hyperscale data center clients such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta, OCI, etc.
• Hands-on mastery of low voltage installation across structured cabling, fiber optic systems, and associated pathways.

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise low voltage technicians and leads across medium to large-scale projects.
• Set daily and weekly crew priorities, manage scheduling and staffing levels, and make real-time decisions on-site.
• Own on-site execution from mobilization through close-out, including testing documentation and quality control.
• Lead safety culture on-site with toolbox talks and OSHA compliance.
• Represent LINX in project meetings with GCs, owners, and clients and communicate schedule status clearly.
