Job summary

LINX seeks an experienced Foreman to lead low voltage installation crews on hyperscale data center projects and commercial sites. You will drive daily performance, ensure safety, and maintain quality while coordinating with Project Managers and Estimating teams.

You will train technicians, manage MACs, and oversee materials, scheduling, and field documentation to protect project timelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on low voltage or structured cabling experience across copper and fiber systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of low voltage technicians on hyperscale data center and commercial sites, setting daily goals and solving problems in real time.
• Train technicians in installation methods, safety procedures, and quality standards to develop the crew, not just direct them.
• Identify personnel issues on-site and escalate when appropriate.
• Own daily execution of structured cabling, fiber, and low voltage scopes, monitor progress, and adjust deployment to protect the timeline.
• Manage MACs and track scope changes for materials and labor with proper documentation flows to PM and estimators.
• Oversee on-site materials management, ordering, deliveries, and warehouse communication.
