Job summary

LINX is hiring a Low Voltage Foreman to lead crews on hyperscale data center and commercial construction projects across the USA. This is a working foreman role where you own the daily execution of structured cabling and fiber scopes on large, fast-moving jobsites.

You will report to the Project Manager as the primary field leader, ensuring crew productivity, proper material staging, and high quality. A strong background in low voltage and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on low voltage installation experience across copper and fiber systems.
• 1–2 years in a field leadership role (foreman or lead technician).
• Experience with hyperscale data center clients (AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of low voltage technicians on hyperscale data center and commercial projects, setting daily goals and ensuring productivity.
• Plan workforce, crew scheduling, labor tracking, timesheets, and coordinate with contract workers as needed.
• Train technicians in installation methods, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Identify and address on-site personnel issues and escalate as needed.
• Own daily execution of structured cabling, fiber optics, and low voltage infrastructure scopes, and monitor progress against schedule.
