Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa is seeking an Entertainment Supervisor to oversee day-to-day coordination and execution of live events across the property, including Hard Rock Live. You will lead event logistics, artist services, and staff, collaborating with the Director of Entertainment and other departments.

This full-time leadership role requires independent decision-making, strong judgment, and the ability to manage complex logistics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in live event production or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Entertainment, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with Ticketmaster systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Entertainment with artist contracts and show riders.
• Coordinate artist hospitality, dressing rooms, catering, and security.
• Develop event layouts and production schedules in line with codes.
• Maintain booking calendars, show folders, and P&L statements.
• On-site representative for Entertainment Dept during events.
• Prepare artist settlements and wrap reports.
• Coordinate staffing and ticketing with box office.
• Collaborate with ticketing partners on event builds and guest lists.
• Track artist memorabilia and show assets.
• Communicate with stakeholders for smooth execution.
