Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol seeks an Entertainment Supervisor to oversee day-to-day coordination and execution of live events across the property, including Hard Rock Live. This leadership role manages event logistics, artist services, and administrative support in collaboration with the Director of Entertainment.

The position requires strong decision-making, the ability to handle complex logistics, and on-site leadership of staff during events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in live event production, venue operations, or entertainment administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Entertainment, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of artist contracts, riders, ticketing systems, hospitality, and venue logistics required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Entertainment in managing artist contracts, show riders, advance materials, and internal paperwork.
• Coordinate artist hospitality, dressing rooms, catering, transportation, security, merchandise needs, meet & greets, and credentialing.
• Develop and review event layouts, production schedules, and occupancy plans in compliance with fire codes and venue guidelines.
• Maintain booking calendars, show folders, ticket hold sheets, profit/loss statements, and department files.
• Serve as on-site Entertainment Department representative during events, coordinating with departments and resolving issues.
