Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking an Entertainment Supervisor to lead live events across the property, including Hard Rock Live. You will coordinate artist contracts, hospitality, and logistics, guiding staff to deliver a premium guest and artist experience.

The role requires strong decision-making, ability to manage complex show logistics, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and prior casino/theater experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in live event production, venue operations, or entertainment administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Entertainment, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of artist contracts, riders, ticketing systems, hospitality, and venue logistics required.
• Prior casino/resort/theater/concert venue experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Entertainment in managing artist contracts, show riders, advance materials, and internal paperwork.
• Coordinate artist hospitality, dressing rooms, catering, transportation, security, merchandise, meet & greets, and credentialing.
• Develop and review event layouts, production schedules, and occupancy plans in line with codes and guidelines.
• Maintain booking calendars, show folders, ticket hold sheets, P&L statements, and department files.
• Provide on-site leadership for the Entertainment Department, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Prepare artist settlements, production advance documents, and wrap reports.
• Schedule usher, box office, merchandise, and other event staffing with department supervisors.
• Collaborate with box office and ticketing partners on event builds, ticketing, reporting, and guest lists.
• Track artist memorabilia and show assets for use across the property.
