Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Systems Engineering specializing in Link 22 to support requirements, design, development, test, and integration of tactical data link systems for airborne and maritime platforms.

The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in Link 22 tactical data link systems, providing hands-on architecture development, system design, configuration, integration, and training expertise for multiple programs and customer environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering technology or related field; relevant experience also considered.
• Graduate degree with 7+ years of related experience preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, 13+ years of related experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Link 22 SME with deep knowledge of architecture, message standards, and network design.
• Integrate and configure Link 22 systems for airborne and maritime platforms for interoperability.
• Architect data flows across multi-node networks including time slots and routing.
• Develop and maintain exportable Link 22 configurations across programs and customers.
• Design, test, and validate Link 22 hardware/software components with SNC/SPC and LLC.
