Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Lead, Systems Engineering to support requirements, design, development, test, and integration of Link 22 data link systems for airborne and maritime platforms.

You will serve as a subject matter expert on Link 22 architecture and configurations across multiple programs. The role requires hands-on experience with Link 22 hardware/software, STANAG standards, and multi-domain networks.

Qualifications

• Active US Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering technology or related field with 9+ years of experience; software engineer considered.
• Graduate degree with 7+ years of related experience; or 13+ years in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Link 22 SME and configure data link systems.
• Architect and design Link 22 data flows across multi-node networks.
• Develop exportable Link 22 configurations for multiple programs and customers.
• Plan and execute interoperability testing and lab/flight testing.
