L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Systems Engineering Link 22 to lead architecture, integration, and testing of Link 22 on airborne and maritime platforms.

You will translate CONOPS into system requirements, design data flows across multi-node networks, and develop exportable configurations for multiple programs. The role requires active clearance, strong Systems Engineering skills, and experience with Link 22 hardware/software and related data links.

Qualifications

• Formal education in engineering with significant systems engineering background.
• Experience translating customer needs into verifiable requirements.
• Experience with tactical datalink systems and NATO standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Link 22 SME and manage architecture and configurations.
• Integrate Link 22 across airborne and maritime platforms.
• Design data flows for multi-node networks and time slot management.
• Develop exportable Link 22 configurations for multiple programs.
• Ensure interoperability of SNC, SPC, LLC with platforms.
• Plan interoperability testing with multinational teams.
• Create and present complex Link 22 details to stakeholders.
• Develop software/system test plans and simulation scenarios.
• Work in an agile engineering environment.
