Job summary
L3Harris Technologies, Inc. seeks a Lead, Systems Engineering Link 22 to join a team supporting requirements, design, development, test, and integration of complex hardware/software systems for ground and airborne ISR and communication platforms.
The candidate will be a subject matter expert in Link 22 tactical data link systems, providing hands-on architecture development and training expertise. Travel varies by program phase; extensive experience with Link 22, Star STANAG standards, and
Qualifications
- Active US Secret clearance or higher is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology or related field; 9+ years experience (or 7+ with graduate degree).
- Experience creating tactical datalink (TDL) scenarios for software development, integration and testing.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Link 22 SME, with deep knowledge of Link 22 systems, architectures and message standards.
- Integrate and configure Link 22 systems for airborne and maritime platforms.
- Architect and design Link 22 data flows across multi-node networks and manage time slot assignments.
