Salted, a growing, delivery-forward restaurant group, is hiring a Lead Line Cook at our Chicago location. You will prepare and cook items to Salted's standards, manage opening and closing tasks, and collaborate with a virtual Front of House team to ensure smooth service.

You should have a solid foundation in culinary skills, 2+ years kitchen experience, and at least 1 year of leadership. Stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and contribute to training while upholding sanitation and safety

• Solid foundation in culinary skills and knife/prep basics.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Minimum of 2 years kitchen experience; minimum 1 year leadership experience.
