Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to perfection, following Salted standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with Front of House team to deliver dining experiences.
• Own opening, closing, and shift hand-off processes.
• Assist in training and development of staff.
• Foster harmonious team dynamics by addressing minor conflicts among staff.
