Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Lead Line Cook for the Arizona Biltmore, a luxury property in Phoenix. The role focuses on maintaining food production quality across stations, following recipes, and ensuring consistent guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a fast-paced kitchen, hotel/resort experience, and preferred culinary training. Must be available days, nights, weekends, and holidays; strong teamwork and cleanliness are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Apprenticeship or accredited Culinary School preferred.
• At least three years of cooking experience in a professional, fast-paced kitchen.
• Prior hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Upscale/luxury dining experience preferred.
• Maricopa County Food Handler Card required/advantageous.
• ServeSafe Food Handler Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and guest checks to ensure consistency.
• Visually inspect and select quality ingredients for menu items.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness; monitor storage and rotate stock for quality.
• Keep refrigeration and prep areas clean and organized; comply with health regulations.
• Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items and follow recipes.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and assist with other duties as assigned.
• Work days, nights, weekends and holidays; ability to handle grill and sauté with ~150 covers per shift.
