Qualifications

• Two years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary apprenticeship or accredited school preferred.
• Maricopa County Food Handler Card and ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items according to recipes and guest checks for consistency.
• Maintain consistency and work as a team.
• Check and control proper storage, rotate stock and maintain quality.
• Keep refrigeration and work areas clean, complying with health regulations.
• Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items.
• Read and apply math skills to follow recipes.
