Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks a Lead Line Cook for the iconic Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. You will oversee meat, fish, poultry, sauces, stocks, and station-level production, ensuring recipes are followed and quality is maintained across all stations.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in a fast-paced kitchen, hotel/resort experience is preferred, and locally required food safety certifications are desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of cooking in a professional, fast-paced kitchen.
• Hotel/resort experience preferred, upscale/luxury dining desirable.
• Maricopa County Food Handler Card; ServeSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items according to standard recipes and guest checks to ensure consistency.
• Maintain consistency and work as a team.
• Check and control proper storage of products, rotate stock, and ensure highest quality.
• Keep refrigeration, storage and work areas clean, compliant with health regulations.
• Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items.
• Read and apply math when following recipes.
• Perform general cleaning tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Keep floors dry and clean to prevent slips.
• Perform other duties as requested, such as moving supplies.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Apprenticeship or accredited Culinary School
