Job summary

The Hotel Zamora in St. Pete Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Lead Line Cook to join our culinary team in a boutique setting overlooking the Gulf.

The successful candidate will prepare and direct line cooking, ensure sanitation, and maintain quality during busy shifts. This full-time role requires 1–3 years of cook experience, ability to work evenings and weekends, and teamwork with front-of-house staff to deliver a consistent guest experience.

• 1-3 years of cook experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a multi-lingual environment.

Responsibilities

• Reviews menus and prepares items according to chef specifications.
• Ensures food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Maintains quality and timeliness of food preparation during shifts.
• Learns and executes new menu items and features.
• Communicates effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure a great guest experience.
• Maintains clean and organized work station and proper equipment usage.
• Stocks kitchen and maintains temperature and waste logs daily.
• Supports team and adheres to hotel safety procedures.
