Job summary

Global Partners LP is hiring a Line Cook to lead daily kitchen operations, prepare fresh and grab-and-go dishes, and guide the team to deliver consistent quality. The role emphasizes professionalism, teamwork, and high standards for food safety.

You will mentor cooks, support kitchen operations when managers aren’t present, and help implement menu rollsouts and seasonal offerings while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in cooking and plating to company standards.
• Oversee daily prep and ensure stations are stocked and ready for service.
• Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and portions across dishes.
• Monitor service flow and ensure timely ticket execution.
• Lead training and support for line and prep cooks.
