Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the culinary heartbeat of the store, overseeing all kitchen operations with precision and purpose. You will mentor a culinary team, ensuring every dish reflects quality, freshness, and hospitality in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

This role blends hands-on cooking with leadership, demanding organizational excellence and a passion for developing people while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Requires ServSafe or approved Food Safety Certification within 90 days of employment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3–5 years of high-volume foodservice experience with 1–2 years of kitchen leadership/management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to company standards and recipes.
• Lead daily prep and production, ensuring freshness and flavor.
• Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff to uphold Alltown Fresh standards.
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, and allergen procedures.
• Monitor and control food and labor costs to meet budget goals.
• Maintain records of prep levels, waste logs, and daily production.
• Forecast business volume and menu demand with management.
